Insight Assurance, our third-party auditor, conducted an extensive audit, which covered the design, implementation, and effectiveness of Vispa's controls within our Revenue Cycle Platform. Our compliance was evaluated across several key areas:

During the audit, Insight Assurance thoroughly examined the descriptions of Vispa’s systems and controls, verifying that they align with the SOC 2 trust services criteria for security, confidentiality, and privacy. This review also included an assessment of our hosting services on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and how our system interacts with AWS's security controls to maintain client data protection. The audit considered only Vispa’s internal systems and controls, allowing us to ensure that we meet service commitments independently while benefiting from AWS’s robust security infrastructure.
